New Motors Subaru

Dear Mr. New,

My 2009 Forester now has 150 miles on it and I wanted to take a minute to thank you for the wonderful service I have received at New Motors.  As you may know, this is my 5th Subaru, four of which I have purchased from your dealership.  I have always had the best experience at New Motors and this purchase tops them all.  Your staff has certainly exceeded my expectations.  Ron Ellis, my sales person, has been attentive and super every step of the way from test driving to delivery.  And of course, Steve Dillon made the financing and paperwork part of the purchase very smooth.  Steve and I have done business before as he sold me one of my previous Subarus.  I was so glad to have him be part of this process.  All of the staff of New Motors makes me feel like family.  It is like coming home.

As a "seasoned" New Motors customer, I have come to know many of the staff.  When I was ready to look at new vehicles, I asked Gary G. who always services my vehicles, who I should speak with and he suggested that I speak to Ron Ellis.  Ron took over and without any high pressure, he allowed us to test drive a couple of models, ask questions and come to our decision.  Subaru has a fine product but it is the Customer Service at New Motors that has kept me returning for 4 new cars.

I attended the New Owner Orientation on Thursday, May 15th.  This was a very nice event.  I met people that I had never met in the different areas at New Motors:  so nice to be able to put a face to the voice.  I especially enjoyed the history of New Motors.

I look forward to seeing Bryan in Service, who always has a smile that makes a visit to the Service Department a joy.  It was also a pleasure to meet you and thank you personally for participating in the Hamot Employee Advantage Program.  Again, thank you for supporting those of us who are on the frontlines in the healthcare industry.
